Bridgend Pumpkin Patch
About: The Bridgend Pumpkin Patch is a family-run farm where pumpkins are grown onsite and in the surrounding area. With lots of varieties of pumpkins and thousands to choose from. There are themed activities, including plenty of photo opportunities and pumpkin games. Plus farm animals to pet, including piglets, goats and sheep petting. Refreshments available.
Cost: No need to book, just turn up, entrance is £5 per car. Pumpkins are in addition and range from £1 to £20, depending on size
When: Opening weekends from the 11th of October and then daily over half term until the 31st October or until the pumpkins run out. They also offer twilight pumpkins details normally released via their Facebook Page.  Free parking in the field and on hard standing.

Porthcawl Pumpkin Patch
About: Twenty wonderful varieties of pumpkins are grown in their pumpkin fields. Farm animals, under cover seating, toasted marshmallows and photo opportunities. There are also refreshments from local food vendors on selected dates. Keep an eye on their social media channels for updates.
Cost: No need to book, free entry, just pay for what you pick. 2024 prices for pumpkins were at £1 for a small, £3.50 for a medium, £6 for a large and £8 for an extra large.
When: Normally opens mid-October through to Halloween. Opening dates for 2025 TBC.
